Kadugodi has a problem most Bengaluru localities would envy: the Purple Line now ends here, at the Whitefield (Kadugodi) station opposite the Kadugodi BMTC bus station. Candid digital marketing for real estate companies in Kadugodi, Bangalore, turns that terminus into a reason to visit. The village grew around the Kashi Vishveshwar Swamy temple, whose Chola-era inscription dates to 1030 AD, and its narrow beedis still carry the names of potters, oil-pressers and traders. Around that core, new towers and gated blocks have risen since the late 2000s, and the people searching for them are mostly families tied to the Whitefield job market.

Who is this for? Apartment developers on the Hope Farm side, brokers turning over resale flats near Channasandra, plot sellers eyeing land east towards Hoskote, and leasing desks housing ITPL staff. Below you will find the Kadugodi searches we would bid on, the Meta pools we would seed, the WhatsApp cadence that walks a family from brochure to Saturday walk-through, and the K-RERA lines no creative may skip. KaamGPT plans all of it from Bengaluru and talks to Kadugodi sales teams by phone call, WhatsApp chat or a video link.

Why do clicks on Kadugodi projects so often stop short of a visit?

Kadugodi's first marketing hurdle is its own name. Plenty of buyers type Whitefield even when the tower is a brisk walk past the Kadugodi terminus. Bid on Kadugodi alone and most of the demand never sees you; bid on Whitefield alone and the clicks come from families picturing an ITPL address, who feel misled on arrival.

  • Search volume hides under a bigger name. Buyers search Whitefield, ITPL or Hope Farm, so ad groups and page copy must explain plainly where the project sits and how long the walk to the terminus actually takes.
  • Old lanes, new towers. The village core around Bapuji Circle has narrow streets, and a first visit that gets stuck behind a bus can sour a buyer. Directions, a pinned location and a landmark-based route note belong in the confirmation message.
  • Competing with cheaper land to the east. Plotted layouts towards Hoskote pull price-sensitive families, so a Kadugodi apartment ad has to sell time saved on the commute rather than square feet alone.
  • Portal leads shared five ways. The same enquiry reaches several brokers within minutes, and the first caller usually wins. Unless a WhatsApp answer goes out at once and callers work a queue, paid leads go cold before lunch.
  • Rule-breaking ads get reported. Rival agents watch each other's creatives. An ad for a registered project that omits its K-RERA number or the regulator's URL is an easy complaint, and it undermines trust with careful buyers.

What switches on in month one when KaamGPT takes a Kadugodi project?

Each piece below can be hired on its own, but Kadugodi projects usually need four or five working together, because a buyer often sees a Meta ad on the metro, searches the project at home, and then asks questions on WhatsApp before committing to a weekend visit.

Site visit leads in Kadugodi, end to end

Our property lead generation scope ties the Hope Farm ad plan, the project page, enquiry forms, CRM routing and WhatsApp replies into one monthly job. We judge it by families who actually reach your Kadugodi site office on a Saturday, because a sales lounge near the terminus can only seat so many visitors per weekend.

Search ads on metro and tech-park queries

Someone typing a BHK size plus Kadugodi or ITPL into Google has usually shortlisted already. Ad groups are split by locality, by landmark and by commute, each headline carries the walk from the terminus, while the K-RERA number rides in a description. Renter queries are blocked on sale projects. The account layout is explained on our Google Ads agency guide.

A fresh Kadugodi enquiry gets an approved reply holding the PDF brochure plus a pin for the Kadugodi gate, sent on Meta's Cloud API rather than any shortcut tool. Organic pages for slower, research-led buyers

Some Kadugodi buyers shortlist for a whole school year. Plain guides on the ITPL commute, first and last metro times and schools nearby pull them back when they are ready, each with a quiet enquiry box at the end. The approach is laid out on our SEO page.

Which Kadugodi, Whitefield and ITPL searches deserve your ad money?

Below is the opening search and audience map for an apartment block or plotted scheme near the Kadugodi terminus. It mixes searches that name Kadugodi with the bigger Whitefield and ITPL searches, because the locality name alone carries only part of the demand. Every row is a hypothesis: after a fortnight of spend, the query list Google returns and the Kadugodi lounge's visit register settle which rows survive.

Notice what is missing. Broad city-wide searches are absent on purpose: they spend money on people in Jayanagar or Yelahanka who will not cross town to the last metro stop. And rental searches are kept in a separate campaign, so a leasing desk can bid on them without polluting the sale project's lead quality.

Google search for buyers who already know Whitefield

Intent is strongest on Google, yet far fewer people type Kadugodi than Whitefield or ITPL. Campaigns are divided into locality, landmark and commute themes; headlines quote the walk from the terminus, a description line holds the K-RERA number, and each week we strip out renters, job hunters and pilgrims looking for the temple or the Brindavan ashram. Bidding follows booked visits rather than clicks.

Meta reels that show the walk from the station

On Instagram and Facebook, thirty seconds of footage from the Purple Line exit to your gate says more than a polished render. Instant forms carry a single qualifying question, people who browsed the project page see it again, and lookalikes grow from families who came to the lounge. Reels are swapped out every few weeks because Whitefield feeds are crowded with property ads and a familiar clip fades fast.

Official WhatsApp from brochure to the night-before nudge

On the Meta Cloud API, a Kadugodi enquiry receives its approved brochure message and map pin within minutes, followed by a slot confirmation, an evening-before reminder and a route that skirts the old village lanes. Anything promotional afterwards reaches consented contacts only, filtered by CRM tags such as budget or BHK. Whatever buyers write back lands in a shared KaamGPT inbox your callers can clear from their phones.

Every channel points here, so the first screen holds what matters: the registered project name, its K-RERA number next to the regulator's web address, BHK mix, handover status, a route from the terminus and a short form, and it must open fast on a patchy signal inside a moving Purple Line coach.

How does a Kadugodi brief turn into families at the lounge on Saturday?

Diagram of how KaamGPT runs real estate marketing for real estate developers and brokers in Kadugodi: A call about the project and the sales office; Quote on paper, plus a first keyword map; Page, tracking and WhatsApp templates; Launch with small, separate tests; Fortnightly review against the visit register
  1. A call about the project and the sales office

The first conversation, by phone or video, covers units left, possession status, K-RERA registration, the closest Purple Line station, how many families the lounge seats each weekend and who picks up leads. We also ask which past enquiries became buyers, because that decides every audience.

  2. Quote on paper, plus a first keyword map

A written quote arrives showing fee, scope and an example media budget, along with a draft search and audience table built for your Kadugodi project. Nothing goes live until both carry your approval.

  3. Page, tracking and WhatsApp templates

Our team builds a fresh Kadugodi page, or fixes the existing one, wire its form to your CRM or our lead inbox, and send four WhatsApp templates for Meta's approval: the first reply, the visit confirmation, the evening reminder and a thank-you after the visit.

  4. Launch with small, separate tests

Search, Meta and any landmark tests go live with modest budgets in separate campaigns, so the results of one cannot hide the weakness of another. The first fortnight is about learning which Kadugodi buyer turns up.

  5. Fortnightly review against the visit register

Once a fortnight your sales head and our planner compare media spend with the visit register at the Kadugodi lounge. Rows that bring nobody are dropped, rows that bring families get more money, and tired creative is replaced.

What will a Kadugodi project pay KaamGPT each month?

Our fees are flat, and the KaamGPT price list shows them; ad money never passes through us, since Google and Meta debit it straight from ad accounts in your firm's name. A Kadugodi developer taking the whole lead generation scope pays from ₹24,999 a month for it. Only one platform needed? Running Google costs ₹4,999 a month, and Meta costs the same. A Kadugodi project page is billed once, starting at ₹9,999. Before any of it starts, you sign a quote that spells out our fee, the scope and the media budget agreed.

How big should the media budget be for a tower near the Kadugodi terminus?

The ad budget depends far more on the project than on the locality. A single tower with fifty units in a sustained sales phase needs a steady, modest spend. A large launch with a weekend event needs a burst in the two weeks before, then a taper. The Kadugodi factor shows up in competition: because buyers search Whitefield and ITPL terms, a project here competes in auctions with the whole eastern corridor, so tight targeting matters more than a big budget.

Work the budget backwards from your Kadugodi sales lounge. Count the families it can seat across a Saturday and Sunday, then spend to fill those chairs with qualified buyers rather than to make every phone ring. Treat any figure in our quote as a trial amount, re-read each fortnight against the visit register.

  • Number of units on sale and how fast the developer needs to move them.
  • Launch phase versus sustenance phase, and whether there is a site event.
  • How many Whitefield and ITPL terms the campaign must compete for.
  • Whether the buyer is end-user, investor or NRI, and the time zones involved.
  • How many fresh enquiries your callers can ring back before tea break.
  • Creative needs: drone footage, station-walk videos and floor-plan carousels.

Why do terminus-side developers bring their towers to KaamGPT?

Our own CRM, inbox and WhatsApp app

Besides buying media, KaamGPT makes the software property teams use: CRM, lead inbox and the official WhatsApp Marketing app. So an enquiry from Hope Farm never sits in a forwarded spreadsheet waiting for someone to notice it.

Visits are the scoreboard

Page one of every report counts families booked and families who turned up at your Kadugodi site, then spend per completed visit. Forms filled by people who never answer the phone are marked as junk rather than counted.

Compliance built into templates

Each creative and page layout we hand over reserves a fixed corner for the tower's K-RERA number and the rera.karnataka.gov.in address. Brokers and channel partners receive that same layout, so no Kadugodi ad slips out missing them.

Real estate software experience

Trecom AI, a property platform, was engineered by KaamGPT, and the case study on how Trecom AI was built walks through it. Building it taught us how buyers, agents and listings move through a property system.

Plain monthly fees

Our fee is fixed and public, Google and Meta money sits in ad accounts carrying your company's name, and the written quote is easy to set side by side with any rival proposal for your Kadugodi launch.

Remote by design

KaamGPT works from one Bengaluru office, and Kadugodi accounts are handled over calls, WhatsApp and video. A team member travels out to Hope Farm only for a shoot or a launch event.

Temple village, metro terminus: what sort of housing market is Kadugodi?

Kadugodi sits on the far eastern rim of the Whitefield belt, inside Bangalore Urban district, with the 560067 PIN code. It was ward 83 of BBMP's Whitefield zone; the Greater Bengaluru Authority, in existence since 15 May 2025, now runs civic work. Housing is mixed. The old village core has independent houses and small rental buildings on tight lanes. The extensions added in the 1970s and 1980s, known locally as VP Extension and Shankarapura, are older layouts. Newer apartment projects and gated blocks, built mostly since 2010, sit beyond that core, and the listed neighbourhoods around Kadugodi include Belathur, Seegehalli and Channasandra.

Three things pull buyers here. First, the metro: the Purple Line's eastern extension reached here in March 2023; its final three stops run Kadugodi Tree Park, then Hopefarm Channasandra, then the Whitefield (Kadugodi) terminus, so a resident can ride straight through Kundalahalli, Hoodi and KR Puram towards the city. Second, rail: Whitefield railway station, one of the city's oldest, sits on the main line towards Chennai, and a Whitefield to Kolar line is planned. Third, jobs: ITPL and the EPIP tech parks are close enough that many buyers want to cut a long commute rather than move up a lifestyle tier.

There is also a quieter pull. The Sri Sathya Sai Brindavan ashram, founded here in 1960, and a Sathya Sai hospital offering free care since 2001 give the area a steady stream of visitors who already know the roads. That does not make every visitor a buyer, but it does mean that Kadugodi is a familiar name to people outside the IT crowd, which widens the audience a campaign can test.

How should a Kadugodi campaign use the metro terminus?

Treat the terminus as the headline, not a footnote. Since March 2023, a buyer living near the Whitefield (Kadugodi) station can board at the start of the line and get a seat, a small daily comfort that any office-goer riding east to west understands at once. Ads that say how many minutes the walk takes, and show it on video, give a commuter far more to go on than a list of amenities every Whitefield project already offers. The two stops just before it, Kadugodi Tree Park and then Hopefarm Channasandra, widen the walkable catchment, so measure distance from whichever station is nearest your gate.

The second idea is to sell against the east honestly. Families comparing a Kadugodi flat with a plot or villa towards Hoskote are trading space for time. A good campaign does not hide that trade. It shows both: the commute from Kadugodi by metro and by road, and what the extra travel from further east would mean on a weekday. Buyers who choose Kadugodi after that comparison are less likely to back out after booking, which matters more to a developer than the size of the lead count.

Station-to-gate videos

Film the walk from each nearby station exit to the project entrance at morning rush, and print the honest minute count on reels and the project page. It answers the first question every commuter asks.

Landmark ad groups

Run small ad groups for Hope Farm, ITPL, Whitefield railway station and the Sathya Sai hospital. Each landmark draws a different buyer, and the search terms show which one your project actually wins.

Weekend visit slots in the first reply

Offer two specific Saturday or Sunday times in the first WhatsApp message rather than leaving the timing open-ended. Fixed choices get faster answers, and the sales office can plan staff around them.

Route notes for the old core

Send a landmark-based route that avoids the tight lanes around Bapuji Circle at peak hours. A first visit that starts with a traffic jam is a visit that ends early.

Separate rental and sale funnels

Kadugodi has plenty of tenants working at ITPL. Keep leasing campaigns, forms and WhatsApp templates apart from sale campaigns so neither team wastes calls on the wrong enquiry.

What has to appear on a K-RERA compliant ad for a Kadugodi tower?

Get the legal frame right first, since a competing Whitefield broker or a cautious buyer will check it for you. Section 3 of the 2016 RERA Act, a builder may not promote, take bookings for or sell a single Kadugodi flat or plot while a project that needs registration is still unregistered. A small Kadugodi building escapes that requirement only if its land stays within five hundred square metres or its flats number eight or fewer across every phase, unless the state lowers that bar, or if it already held a completion certificate when the Act took effect.

Section 11(2) shapes the creative itself. Paraphrased: every hoarding near Hope Farm, reel or brochure a builder releases must carry, in prominent form, the K-RERA number given to that project along with the regulator's website, rera.karnataka.gov.in, where its filings are open to anyone. On Instagram we hold a closing frame with both long enough to read; on Google the number goes into a description line or an asset.

Agents carry a separate obligation. Section 9 bars an unregistered agent from facilitating a purchase or sale inside a registered project, so brokers pushing Kadugodi inventory add their agent number to every post. A partner who shows it stands apart from the crowd posting the same tower.

  • The project's name spelt exactly as on its K-RERA record, plus the phase on offer.
  • Its K-RERA number set large enough for a phone held at arm's length.
  • The regulator's address spelled out on hoardings, reels, Google text and the Kadugodi project page.
  • No talk of appreciation, assured rent or handover months the filing does not back.
  • The broker's own agent registration on creatives run by channel partners.
  • A project page that repeats those details word for word, so ad and page agree.

Digital marketing for real estate companies in Kadugodi, Bangalore: a launch-month plan

A good many Bengaluru households like to sign on an auspicious date. Three windows matter most: Ugadi at the Kannada new year, Akshaya Tritiya in late spring, and the festive stretch running from Dussehra to Diwali. Pinning a Kadugodi launch to one of them gives buyers a genuine reason to decide now, with no need to fake scarcity. Audiences get built beforehand, and the heaviest spend lands inside the window.

Weeks one and two warm the market: Meta reels from the site and the walk from Kadugodi station, a Google campaign on project-name and Hope Farm searches, and a WhatsApp opt-in prompt on every form. Week three is the peak, with the festival offer, the site event and daily visit slots. Week four converts: reminders to everyone who visited, a carousel of remaining configurations, and a call list for the sales team ranked by engagement.

  • Week 1: teaser creative, landing page live, K-RERA details checked.
  • Week 2: lookalikes from past visitors, search terms cleaned.
  • Week 3: festival offer, event day, two visit slots in every reply.
  • Week 4: post-visit WhatsApp nurture and a ranked callback list.

How do you sell Kadugodi homes to NRI buyers?

Overseas buyers looking at the Whitefield belt mostly know it through relatives or an earlier stint at ITPL. Distance is their real obstacle, because they cannot pop over on a Sunday to check things. Campaigns that win them share the K-RERA record link, offer a live video walk-through on a weekend morning by their clock, and name the person at the Kadugodi lounge who will receive a parent or sibling at the gate.

We schedule ads for evenings in the Gulf and mornings in North America, and keep NRI leads in a separate CRM list so the follow-up cadence respects their hours. WhatsApp is the natural channel here, since most NRI families already use it to stay in touch with home.

Are portals enough for a Kadugodi broker, or should leads be home-grown?

Listing portals deliver numbers, yet one Kadugodi enquiry frequently reaches several agents together, and the family remembers whoever rang first. An enquiry raised by your own ad on your own project page goes to nobody else, and you can keep it warm on WhatsApp for a season without racing anyone.

For most brokers around the terminus, the workable balance is a portal listing kept for visibility plus an owned pipeline of search, Meta and official WhatsApp. The property marketing hub for Bengaluru sets the two side by side in detail, and our Kadugodi digital marketing guide covers shops, clinics and other local trades.

Frequently asked questions

28 answers
Should a Kadugodi project advertise as Kadugodi or as Whitefield?

Both, in separate ad groups. Far more people search Whitefield, so that is where the volume sits, but those clicks cost more and some expect a tech-park address. Kadugodi searches are fewer and cheaper, and the buyer already knows the area. The landing page should say plainly that the project is in Kadugodi, at the Whitefield end of the Purple Line, so nobody arrives surprised.

How far should a project be from the Whitefield (Kadugodi) metro station to use it in ads?

There is no fixed rule, but the claim must be true and checkable. If the walk from the station gate takes ten minutes at a normal pace, say ten minutes and show the walk on video. If buyers need an auto, say that instead. Inflated distance claims get noticed on the first visit and cost you the booking.

Which other metro stations near Kadugodi are worth mentioning?

Kadugodi Tree Park and Hopefarm Channasandra are the two stations just before the Whitefield (Kadugodi) terminus on the Purple Line. Depending on where your gate is, one of them may be closer than the terminus itself. Measure from the nearest one and name it in the ad copy and directions.

Do buyers searching flats near Whitefield railway station differ from metro buyers?

Often, yes. Whitefield station is on the Bengaluru to Chennai line and is one of the city's older stations, so it serves people who travel by suburban or intercity train, including some who work towards KR Puram. We test station searches in a small ad group of their own and keep them only if they bring real visits.

Will KaamGPT promote plotted layouts lying east of Kadugodi near Hoskote?

Yes. Plot buyers want layout approval details, road access and a clear commute comparison with Kadugodi and Whitefield. Ads should carry the K-RERA registration where the layout needs it, and the WhatsApp reply should attach the approval document. For the Hoskote side specifically, see our <a href="/real-estate-lead-generation-agency-in-hoskote-near-bangalore">Hoskote real estate lead generation page</a>.

What separates a real estate lead generation agency in Kadugodi like KaamGPT from a plain ad shop?

The scope is built around site visits. We plan property-specific keywords, write K-RERA details into every creative, route leads into a CRM, reply on official WhatsApp within minutes and report on visits booked and completed. A general agency reporting reach and clicks would miss most of what decides whether a Kadugodi flat sells.

How quickly should a Kadugodi sales team call back a new property lead?

Within minutes, not hours. The same buyer is often comparing several Whitefield belt projects and may have enquired with three at once. An instant WhatsApp template with the brochure and a location pin buys time, but a real call the same morning is what usually secures a weekend visit.

What does a K-RERA compliant property ad need to show?

For a registered project, the K-RERA registration number and the authority's website, rera.karnataka.gov.in, shown prominently, as Section 11(2) of the RERA Act requires. We also avoid promises about returns or dates the registration does not support. Brokers should add their own agent registration under Section 9. K-RERA compliant property ads protect you from complaints and reassure careful buyers.

Does every small apartment building in Kadugodi need K-RERA registration before advertising?

Not every one. The Act exempts projects where the land does not exceed five hundred square metres or the apartments do not exceed eight, counting all phases, and projects that had a completion certificate before the Act. If a project is close to those limits, confirm with your lawyer or on the K-RERA site before any ad goes live.

Can Meta ads target people working at ITPL near Kadugodi?

Meta lets advertisers choose locations, so an audience can include people in and around the tech parks near Kadugodi. We pair that with creative about the commute home by metro or road, and we keep the ad text about the property, not about anyone's employer or personal details.

May a Kadugodi builder message enquirers on WhatsApp after a form fill?

Yes, when done through the official WhatsApp Business Platform with the buyer's consent. The first message uses a Meta-approved template, often with the brochure PDF as a header and a button to pick a visit time. Promotional messages later go only to opted-in contacts. We never use unofficial tools.

How do you handle the narrow lanes in old Kadugodi when confirming visits?

The confirmation message carries a pinned location, the nearest metro exit and a landmark route that keeps visitors on the main roads around Hope Farm junction. For projects near the old core, we suggest a time outside school and office peaks, and the reminder the evening before repeats the route.

Can a Kadugodi broker run campaigns for more than one project at once?

Yes, as long as each project has its own ad groups, landing section and K-RERA details. Mixing projects in one ad confuses buyers and makes compliance harder. We set up a broker account with one campaign per project and shared WhatsApp templates that pull in each project's own brochure.

Do you also market rental flats in Kadugodi?

Yes, as a separate funnel. Rental searches from tech-park employees are common around Kadugodi, but mixing them into a sale campaign wastes the sales team's calls. A leasing desk gets its own campaigns, forms and WhatsApp templates, and the sale campaigns add rental terms as negatives.

Which jobs sit inside digital marketing for real estate companies in Kadugodi, Bangalore?

A typical scope covers Google search ads on Kadugodi, Whitefield and ITPL searches, Meta lead forms and reels, a fast project landing page with K-RERA details, CRM routing, official WhatsApp follow-up and fortnightly reviews against site visits. You can take the full bundle or a single piece, such as Google Ads management alone.

What fee does KaamGPT ask for running a Kadugodi tower's ads?

The full real estate lead generation scope begins at ₹24,999 per month. If you only want one platform handled, Google Ads or Meta Ads management is ₹4,999 a month each, and a landing page is from ₹9,999. Your ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta. See <a href="/pricing">our pricing</a> and expect a written quote first.

Must a Kadugodi apartment launch spend some floor amount on ads?

We do not set one. The right budget depends on units for sale, launch or sustenance phase, and how many visits the site office can handle each weekend. We suggest an example budget in the quote, start small with separate tests, and raise spend only on the rows that bring completed visits.

How do NRI buyers check a Kadugodi project from abroad?

They can look up the project on rera.karnataka.gov.in using the registration number in the ad, then join a live video walkthrough scheduled in their time zone. We keep NRI leads on a separate list and follow up on WhatsApp at hours that suit the Gulf, Europe or North America.

Which months suit a new tower launch close to the Kadugodi terminus?

Many Bengaluru families prefer to book around Ugadi, Akshaya Tritiya or the Dussehra to Diwali period. We usually start building audiences two weeks before such a window, peak spend during it, and use the following week to follow up with everyone who visited. Outside festival windows, steady sustenance campaigns work fine.

Can you make station-walk videos for a project near Kadugodi Tree Park?

Yes. A short phone-shot video from the station exit to the project gate is often the most useful creative for a Kadugodi project. We plan the route, film at a realistic hour, and cut versions for reels, stories and the landing page. Drone footage can be added where permissions allow.

What does a Kadugodi developer receive in each fortnightly report?

Every fortnight you get a short report and a call. It starts with booked and completed visits, then spend per visit by channel and keyword row, then what we changed. Lead counts appear too, but junk leads are flagged so the numbers reflect buyers your team can actually meet.

Can channel partners selling Kadugodi towers share the same setup?

Yes. Channel partners get the same compliant templates as the developer, with their own agent registration added, and their leads can route to a separate CRM tag so the developer sees who brought each visit. That avoids disputes over credit and stops two partners calling the same buyer.

Can I ring a planner first before committing a Kadugodi ad budget?

Of course. Message us on WhatsApp with your project details, or speak to our real estate team at +91 79767 82366 during working hours. We are based in Bengaluru and handle Kadugodi accounts over the phone, WhatsApp and video meetings, visiting the site when a shoot or launch event needs it.

Do you also handle nearby markets like Whitefield and Belathur?

Yes. Many Kadugodi developers sell to the same buyers who look at neighbouring pockets. Our <a href="/real-estate-marketing-agency-in-whitefield-bangalore">Whitefield real estate marketing page</a> and <a href="/real-estate-lead-generation-agency-in-belathur-bangalore">Belathur lead generation page</a> explain how those markets differ, and one account can cover several projects across them.

Will Google show my Kadugodi sales office on Maps?

A properly set up Google Business Profile for the site office can appear when people search the project name or look for directions near Hope Farm. We verify the listing, pin the gate accurately, add real site photos and weekend hours, and keep the information current as construction moves.

What should my Kadugodi landing page show above the fold?

Project name, configuration, possession status, the K-RERA number with the authority's website, a map from the nearest metro station, and a short form with a WhatsApp button. Everything else, from amenities to specifications, can sit lower down. The page has to load quickly on a phone signal.

Can KaamGPT take over an existing Kadugodi campaign another agency started?

Yes. We review the current ad accounts, search terms, landing page and lead handling first, then tell you what to keep and what to rebuild. Ad accounts stay in your name throughout, so history is not lost. The first written quote covers the audit and the new scope together.

Portals versus a real estate marketing agency in Kadugodi working for you: what changes for a broker?

A portal places your listing among many and may share the enquiry with other agents. An agency builds your own pipeline through ads, your page and WhatsApp, and those leads belong only to you. Most Kadugodi brokers benefit from both, with portals for visibility and owned campaigns for lead quality. Our <a href="/services">services page</a> lists everything we offer.
