A real estate lead generation agency in Magadi Road Bangalore has to begin with a map, because the road is long. Magadi Road is the city end of State Highway 85, which starts at Srigandha Kaval and heads west through Sunkadakatte, Kadabagere and Thavarekere to Magadi town and, eventually, Dakshina Kannada. A buyer near the metro station in Binnipete and a buyer looking at a plot beyond Kadabagere share a road name and almost nothing else. KaamGPT runs separate campaigns for each stretch and books every enquiry towards a site visit over WhatsApp.
Below is the working plan for your project or listing: what public records say about the corridor, the keywords and audiences each stretch deserves, the K-RERA rules on a project advert, our prices, and the daily follow-up routine. Read it as a plan, not a forecast of numbers. It becomes a written quote when we have your pin, your stock and your budget.

Why do "Magadi Road" ads so often reach the wrong buyer?
Because the phrase covers too much ground. A family searching "flats on Magadi Road" might mean a resale flat within walking distance of the Binnipete metro stop, an apartment near the Sumanahalli ring-road junction, or a plot out towards Kadabagere. Each of those buyers has a different budget, commute and level of patience. An ad that treats them as one audience spends money on people who will drive out, discover the wrong stretch, and leave.
- Three markets under one name. Inner, ORR and outer stretches need their own keywords, creatives and landing pages, or the spend blurs across all of them.
- Metro claims that run ahead. The Grey Line is approved but not built; ads that present Herohalli or Kadabagere as "metro-connected" today mislead buyers and invite complaints.
- Plot buyers need paperwork first. Out on SH-85, plot buyers ask about approvals, khata and K-RERA registration before they agree to travel.
- Traffic shapes visits. With Kamakshipalya on the police's black-spot list, buyers driving from the city want a realistic route and a visit time that avoids the worst hours.
- Distance tests patience. The further out a project is, the faster the follow-up must be; a buyer who waits a day for a reply has usually found something closer.
How do you market property along a highway that changes every few kilometres?
Name the stretch, not just the road. An ad for a flat near the Binnipete metro stop should say "Magadi Road metro" in the headline; one for a layout beyond Sunkadakatte should name the village or the planned Grey Line station closest to it. Buyers self-select when they see a landmark they recognise, and the ones who click are already in the right part of the map.
Then sell what is true today and label what is planned. The Purple Line is running at the inner end. The Grey Line to Kadabagere has Union approval but no trains, and the Orange Line interchange planned at Sumanahalli Cross is in the same position. As a digital marketing agency for real estate in Bengaluru, we write these into one approved sentence each and use it everywhere, so sales scripts never drift past the ads.
One landing page per stretch
A single "Magadi Road" page cannot serve a metro-end flat and an outer plot. Separate pages with the right map, route and documents lift relevance on search and set the right expectation before the visit.
Send documents before directions
Plot buyers on SH-85 decide whether to drive out after seeing approvals and K-RERA status. We send those on WhatsApp first, then the location pin and visit slots.
Book visits around the traffic
With Kamakshipalya on the police black-spot list, we offer visit slots at hours when the drive from the city is easier and tell buyers which route to take.
Target the western suburbs for outer layouts
Families in Vijayanagar, Basaveshwaranagar, Nagarbhavi and nearby already know the road. Meta radius audiences around them reach people likely to drive out on a weekend.
Group Sunday visits by stretch
Site teams on the outer highway save hours when visits are clustered. Our WhatsApp slot buttons fill one stretch's Sunday before opening the next.
What does a real estate marketing agency in Magadi Road set up for a seller?
Seven services, each with its own price, so a plot promoter at Kadabagere and a resale broker near Hosahalli can buy different mixes. The anchor for most is our Real Estate Lead Generation retainer.
A visit pipeline per stretch of the road
Each project or listing gets a pipeline tied to its stretch: metro end, ring-road junction or outer highway. Our callers ask the questions that matter there, such as loan status near the city or approval documents for outer plots, and book a visit only when the fit is real.
Lead generation in detail →Search built on stops, junctions and villages
Ad groups use names people actually type: Magadi Road metro, Hosahalli, Kamakshipalya, Sumanahalli, Sunkadakatte, Herohalli, Kadabagere, Thavarekere. Negatives keep out Mysuru Road and Tumakuru Road searches. Our guide to Google Ads in Bengaluru covers the method.
Google Ads in detail →Drive-out reels and short lead forms
For outer projects, a reel of the drive from the ORR junction to the gate shows distance honestly; for inner flats, a reel of the walk from the metro stop. Forms ask budget and timeline only. The Meta Ads guide explains our testing.
Meta Ads in detail →Documents and visit slots on official WhatsApp
Approved templates send plot buyers an approvals summary and layout plan as a PDF, flat buyers a brochure and floor plan, and both a pin and visit buttons. Carousels of two to ten cards show remaining plots or units. The WhatsApp marketing tools guide describes the app.
WhatsApp campaigns in detail →Layout and project pages with the paperwork up front
Plot layouts need a page showing the K-RERA number, the approval references you hold, a plot map and the route from the ring road. Flats need plans and the metro walk. Pages start at ₹9,999 per project; read our website development guide.
Websites in detail →Maps visibility for a highway site office
A Google Business Profile for a layout office on SH-85 helps the many visitors who navigate by Maps find the right turn off a fast road. Local SEO starts at ₹4,999 a month.
Local SEO in detail →One plan for promoters with several layouts
Promoters with layouts at different points along the highway get one managed budget across search, social and WhatsApp, shifted each week towards the layout that is booking visits.
Digital marketing in detail →Which keywords and audiences fit each stretch of Magadi Road?
Split the account by stretch before anything else. The metro end sells on transit, the ring-road stretch on access to the ORR and the western suburbs, and the outer highway on land and price. Each gets its own campaign, its own negatives and its own landing page, and the budget between them is set by which stretch your stock is on, not by search volume alone.
On Meta, start from people who have shown interest: video viewers, opted-in past enquirers and lookalikes of actual visitors. For outer layouts, add audiences in the western suburbs whose residents are most likely to drive out on a Sunday. WhatsApp segments then carry each group with documents and visit slots.
| Search or audience | Buyer intent | Where we target it | Why it matters here |
|---|---|---|---|
| flats near magadi road metro station | Transit-first buyer, strong | Exact-match search; page with walking route | The Purple Line stop at Binnipete is the inner stretch's best asset; lead with walking time and the one-stop link to the railway terminus. |
| 2 bhk for rent near hosahalli metro | Tenant, this month | Meta instant form; call extension on Search | Hosahalli is the next Purple Line stop and the planned Grey Line start; tenants want rent, deposit and walking distance immediately. |
| apartments near kamakshipalya magadi road | Family buyer, strong | Phrase-match search; Meta reel retargeting | Kamakshipalya sits between Basaveshwaranagar, Vijayanagar and Nagarbhavi; buyers from those suburbs may shortlist here and respond to named landmarks. |
| flats near sumanahalli ring road junction | Commuter buyer, moderate | Phrase-match search; drive-route reel | Buyers who use the ORR care about the junction; show the route and avoid promising a drive time through a known black spot. |
| plots on magadi road near kadabagere | Plot buyer, strong | Exact-match search; approvals PDF on WhatsApp | Kadabagere is the planned Grey Line terminus; plot buyers want approvals and K-RERA status before they spend a Sunday driving out. |
| bda approved sites magadi road | Document-led buyer, strong | Exact match; page listing approval references | Only bid on this if your layout truly holds that approval; the ad and page must name the exact authority and reference. |
| villa plots sunkadakatte herohalli | Self-build family, moderate | Search phrase match; WhatsApp plot map | Both are planned Grey Line stations; buyers here compare plot sizes and road widths, so a clear layout plan does most of the selling. |
| grey line metro magadi road property | Long-horizon investor, slow | Meta interest test; status note on page | The Grey Line is approved, not built; describe it that way, give no completion date, and nurture these leads over months. |
| independent house for sale magadi road | Resale buyer, strong | Exact match; WhatsApp document list | Resale house buyers ask about plot size, road width, building age and khata; send those before the visit to save wasted trips. |
| ready to move flats magadi road | Move-in-now buyer, strong | Exact match; page with OC status | Ready homes on the inner stretch remove construction risk; put the occupancy certificate status in the first line of the ad. |
| rera registered layout thavarekere | Careful plot buyer, moderate | Phrase match; K-RERA number on page | Buyers adding RERA will check the number; show it beside the price and link the K-RERA website directly. |
| low budget plots west bangalore | First-time buyer, moderate | Broad match with tight negatives; Meta form | A wide search worth testing for outer layouts, but only with strict negatives and a qualifying question about budget in the form. |
| commercial space for rent magadi main road | Business tenant, moderate | Exact match; call extension in business hours | Shop and office space near the metro end attracts business tenants who want frontage, parking and footfall details on the first call. |
| NRI plot investment magadi road | Overseas investor, slow | Search in chosen countries; video tour booking | NRI plot buyers need a video walk of the layout, a document checklist and call times that suit the Gulf or the US. |
| Lookalike of Magadi Road site visitors | Look-alike prospect, moderate | Meta lookalike seeded from visit list | Seeded only with people who actually drove out to see the layout or flat, so Meta learns from committed buyers. |
| WhatsApp segment: plot buyers awaiting documents | Pre-visit plot buyer, moderate | Approved WhatsApp template with PDF header | Sending the approvals summary as a PDF, then a visit button, is meant to move document-cautious buyers to a booked Sunday trip. |
Google Ads: one campaign per stretch
We build separate campaigns for the metro end, the ring-road stretch and the outer highway, each with its own place names and negatives. Plot campaigns use exact match on villages and stations along SH-85; flat campaigns lean on metro and junction names. Call extensions run only when someone can answer, and the search-terms report is read daily in the first fortnight.
Google Ads in detail →Meta Ads: show the distance honestly
Video carries the trust on a long road. For an outer layout, a reel films the drive in from the Sumanahalli flyover to the layout gate; for a flat at the inner end, the stroll from the Binnipete platform. Three audiences are tried side by side: a western-suburbs radius, Bengaluru-wide property interest, and people resembling buyers who physically turned up. Money then follows visits booked.
Meta Ads in detail →WhatsApp: documents before the drive
Using the official WhatsApp Business Platform, every Magadi Road enquiry is answered within minutes by a Meta-approved template whose PDF header holds the approvals summary or brochure, plus a map pin and buttons for visit times. On the eve of the visit, a second template confirms the slot. Nobody who has not opted in is contacted, and all threads land in a single inbox the site team shares.
WhatsApp campaigns in detail →Landing pages: paperwork above the fold
For plotted layouts, the page leads with the K-RERA number and K-RERA website, the approval references, a plot map and the route from the ring road. For flats, plans, specifications and the metro walk. Every page is built for phones on mobile data and puts a visit button where the thumb lands.
Websites in detail →Local SEO: help people find the turn
Highway site offices are easy to drive past. A verified Google Business Profile with an exact pin, entrance photos and honest opening hours helps a visitor heading along SH-85 spot the right turning, and it builds a public review history that later buyers on the corridor can read before they decide to come.
Local SEO in detail →Why do Magadi Road promoters hand KaamGPT their enquiries?
We have built property software
Our team developed Trecom AI, a real estate platform, and brings that understanding of listings and lead flow to campaign work.
Paperwork-aware follow-up
Our WhatsApp journeys are designed around documents, because on an outer highway the approvals question decides the visit.
Official WhatsApp sending
Every template goes through Meta's Cloud API to opted-in contacts only, keeping the promoter's business number in good standing.
Plain language on metro lines
Running, approved or proposed: we use the status official sources give, nothing bolder.
Open books
You see every enquiry, call note and WhatsApp thread. Reports show your numbers, not borrowed averages.
What will a Magadi Road campaign cost a builder or promoter?
Keep two ledgers. Ours: full lead generation for a Magadi Road layout or tower starts at ₹24,999 per month. Where a promoter wants us on one ad platform only, Google or Meta, that platform costs ₹4,999 monthly. All channels under one manager come to ₹19,999, and the layout page, built once, starts at ₹9,999. Yours: clicks and reach, invoiced to you by Google and Meta. Nothing starts until the written quote is signed, and our pricing page shows the same rates.

What pushes a Magadi Road campaign's cost up or down?
Stretch and stock decide most of it. A single flat near the metro stop needs one small search campaign and a WhatsApp flow. A promoter with three layouts along the highway needs three campaigns, three pages and three document packs. Village and station searches on the outer stretch tend to be less contested than city-wide phrases, which helps outer layouts start lean.
Effort decides the rest. Drone or gimbal reels of a large layout take more production than a phone video of a flat. Sunday visit coordination for several stretches needs more calling hours. NRI campaigns add time-zone calling. Each sits on its own line in the quote so you can choose.
- Number of projects or layouts and how many stretches they cover.
- Plots versus flats versus rentals, each needing separate campaigns and pages.
- Video production: phone clips, gimbal walk-throughs or drone footage.
- Weekend visit coordination and calling hours.
- Whether pages and document packs must be built from scratch.
- NRI targeting and overseas call cover.
How does a Magadi Road campaign move from brief to Sunday visits?
Locate the stock on the corridor
We start by placing your project or layout: which stretch, which landmark, which planned station is nearest, what K-RERA and approval status it holds. A video call or a voice note with a location pin is all we need.
Stretch-specific keyword sheet
We draft searches, negatives and Meta audiences for that stretch with Google planner estimates, and send the sheet for approval before any money moves.
Video, page and document pack
We plan the drive-out or walk-in reel, write copy carrying registration details, build the page and assemble the approvals summary that WhatsApp will send to plot buyers.
Go live and prune hard
Budgets open small. For the first fortnight we read search terms every day, add negatives for the wrong stretches and listen to calls, then shift money to the ads producing visits.
Weekly visit report
Every week: enquiries by stretch, calls connected, visits booked and attended. Every month: why people dropped out and what we will change in keywords, creative or follow-up.
Which Magadi Road property sellers do we work with?
- Plotted layout promotersPromoters of registered layouts out along SH-85 towards Sunkadakatte, Kadabagere and Thavarekere.
- Apartment builders near the ORRBuilders with mid-size projects around Kamakshipalya and the Sumanahalli junction selling to western-suburb families.
- Inner-city redevelopersOwners rebuilding older houses near the Magadi Road metro stop as flats or rental floors.
- Resale brokers and channel partnersAgents carrying independent houses and older flats between Hosahalli and Kamakshipalya.
- Landlords near the Purple LineOwners letting flats to tenants who commute by metro across the city.
- Farmland and villa-plot sellersSellers of larger parcels towards Magadi town in Bengaluru South district, marketed to self-builders and weekend-home buyers.
- Commercial and warehouse leasingOwners of shops, offices and sheds along a road the Grey Line's planners describe as industrial and manufacturing.
- NRI owners and buyersFamilies abroad buying plots or selling inherited property along the corridor without travelling.
What does the Magadi Road corridor look like from end to end?
The inner end is old city. Magadi Road metro station, an elevated Purple Line stop opened on 16 November 2015, stands on Magadi Main Road in the Lakshminarayanapuram and Binnipete area, between Krantivira Sangolli Rayanna railway station and Hosahalli. For a buyer at this end, one metro stop to the Krantivira Sangolli Rayanna terminus and a direct east–west line across the city are the selling points.
The middle is the ring-road stretch. Kamakshipalya, a western neighbourhood with PIN 560079, runs along Magadi Road; its neighbours are Basaveshwaranagar, Vijayanagar and Nagarbhavi, and the ORR passes on its western side, where the Sumanahalli flyover carries ring-road traffic. Wikipedia notes that city traffic police put Kamakshipalya on a list of Bangalore's ten traffic black spots, so honest route descriptions matter to buyers who drive.
The outer stretch is where the next metro is planned. The Grey Line, approved by the Union Cabinet on 17 August 2024, is to run about 12.5 km, elevated, from Hosahalli to Kadabagere, with stations at KHB Colony, Kamakshi Palya, Sumanahalli Cross, Sunkadakatte, Herohalli, Byadarahalli, Kamath Layout and Kadabagere; Wikipedia describes it as serving industrial and manufacturing areas along Magadi Road. It is approved, not yet built. At the far end, Wikipedia now places Magadi town in Bengaluru South district.
What does K-RERA mean for a plotted layout on Magadi Road?
Plots sit under the same law as flats. Section 3(1) of the 2016 Act lists "any plot, apartment or building" together, and says none of them, in a planning-area project that requires registration, may be advertised, marketed, booked, sold or offered by the promoter before that registration exists. For a layout along SH-85, the registration question has to be closed before the first reel is cut, not answered later when buyers start asking.
Once a layout is registered, section 11(2) applies. Each advert and prospectus has to carry, displayed prominently, the regulator's web address where the layout's particulars are entered, and its registration number. For Magadi Road campaigns we print that number and rera.karnataka.gov.in on every poster and reel, beside the plot map on the landing page, and inside the approvals PDF that WhatsApp sends. Brokers need their own registration under section 9, and section 10 stops them helping sell plots in an unregistered layout.
- Layout registration settled before any marketing.
- Registration number and K-RERA website on every creative.
- Approval references stated exactly, never paraphrased.
- Agent registration shown on broker campaigns.
How should a real estate lead generation agency in Magadi Road Bangalore talk about the Grey Line?
Carefully, and in the same words everywhere. The Union Cabinet approved the Hosahalli–Kadabagere Grey Line on 17 August 2024. Wikipedia's account of the work done so far covers geotechnical investigation and a design consultancy tender, so building had not started when we checked. The honest wording is "approved, with planned stations at Sunkadakatte, Herohalli, Byadarahalli, Kamath Layout and Kadabagere".
Avoid completion years, even ones that appear in news reports, because they shift. Avoid "metro-connected" for anything on the outer stretch. And never tie a price or a booking deadline to the line. The inner end has a real, running advantage in the Purple Line's Magadi Road and Hosahalli stations; describe that confidently and the planned line cautiously.
Digital marketing for real estate companies in Magadi Road earns trust when a buyer who checks a claim finds it exactly as described. That is worth more over a launch than any headline built on a metro line that has not been built.
What should a plot buyer receive before driving out on SH-85?
A short, complete document pack. Plot buyers on the outer stretch are committing to a long drive, so the WhatsApp follow-up sends a one-page summary first: K-RERA registration number, the planning approval and khata type the promoter holds, plot sizes available, road widths, and the price band. Only then comes the location pin and a choice of visit slots.
The pack also filters. Anyone who reads it and still picks a slot has usually done their homework, and site teams spend Sundays with fewer wasted tours. Judge a real estate lead generation agency in Magadi Road by how many of those booked buyers actually turn up at the gate, not by how many forms arrived.
- Registration number and approvals held.
- Plot sizes, road widths and price band.
- Layout map and route from the ring road.
- Visit slot buttons last.
When do Magadi Road buyers decide?
Festivals move families. Around Ugadi and Akshaya Tritiya, plenty of buyers like to commit on an auspicious date, and the weeks from Dussehra to Diwali bring many home and plot decisions. Reels and approved WhatsApp templates are prepared a month before each, a short burst runs around the date, and steady search spend continues between festivals.
Plot buyers also think in seasons. Dry months make site visits on unpaved layout roads easier, so outer layouts may want heavier visit scheduling then. Property leads for western Bengaluru plots come in waves; the follow-up list keeps the quiet months productive.

Frequently asked questions
30 answersWhat should a real estate lead generation agency in Magadi Road do that a city-wide agency would not?
Split the corridor. The metro end near Binnipete, the Kamakshipalya and Sumanahalli ring-road stretch, and the outer highway past Sunkadakatte each get their own keywords, reels, landing pages and WhatsApp follow-up. That keeps a plot buyer from being shown a city flat, and a metro commuter from being sent to a layout an hour away.
Is the Grey Line metro on Magadi Road under construction?
Not yet. The Union Cabinet approved the Hosahalli–Kadabagere Grey Line on 17 August 2024, and Wikipedia lists only geotechnical investigation and design consultancy tenders so far. Describe it as approved, with planned stations such as Sunkadakatte, Herohalli and Kadabagere, and give no completion date in your ads.
Which metro station can I mention for a flat near Binnipete?
Magadi Road station on the Purple Line, elevated and open since 16 November 2015, on Magadi Main Road in the Lakshminarayanapuram and Binnipete area. The next stops are Krantivira Sangolli Rayanna railway station one way and Hosahalli the other. Give the actual walking route from your gate.
Do plotted layouts on Magadi Road need K-RERA registration before advertising?
If the layout is a real estate project that the RERA Act requires to be registered, yes. Section 3(1) names plots explicitly and bars advertising, marketing, booking or selling them before registration. After registration, section 11(2) requires the registration number and rera.karnataka.gov.in to appear prominently on every advert.
What documents should a Magadi Road plot buyer get on WhatsApp?
A one-page pack before the visit: K-RERA registration number, the planning approval and khata type you hold, available plot sizes, road widths, the price band and a layout map. Sent as the PDF header of an approved template, followed by a location pin and visit-slot buttons, it filters casual enquiries before anyone drives out.
Can I call my layout near Kadabagere metro-connected?
No. Kadabagere is the planned terminus of the approved Grey Line, but trains do not run there. Call it "near a planned Grey Line station" and say the line is approved. Claims that run ahead of the official status mislead buyers and can be challenged.
Which keywords work for apartments near Kamakshipalya?
Exact and phrase match on Kamakshipalya with Magadi Road, Sumanahalli and the ring road, plus the PIN 560079 and the neighbouring suburbs of Basaveshwaranagar, Vijayanagar and Nagarbhavi. Add negatives for Mysuru Road and Tumakuru Road, and read search terms daily in the first fortnight.
How do you handle traffic when booking Magadi Road site visits?
Kamakshipalya appears on the city traffic police's list of black spots, so we offer visit slots outside the worst hours, send a suggested route on WhatsApp, and avoid promising drive times in ads. A buyer who arrives calm and on time is easier to convert than one who spent an hour in a jam.
Do you run Meta ads for outer Magadi Road layouts?
Yes, with reels that show the real drive from the ring road to the gate, so distance is clear before anyone enquires. We target radius audiences around western suburbs, broader Bengaluru interest sets and lookalikes of actual visitors, with forms that ask budget and timeline only.
Can a small plot promoter on SH-85 afford lead generation?
For one layout, yes, if it starts lean. Our property retainer costs ₹24,999 for each month, and the ad platforms invoice clicks on their own. Bids can sit mostly on village and station names, with a single reel set doing the creative work. A promoter wanting less can give us one platform, Meta or Google, for ₹4,999 a month, and our WhatsApp Marketing app offers a no-cost plan.
Should a Magadi Road resale house be marketed differently from a new flat?
Yes. Resale house buyers ask about plot size, road width, building age and khata; new-flat buyers ask about K-RERA, possession and loans. Separate ads, pages and WhatsApp templates answer each set of questions without wasting either buyer's time.
How quickly do Magadi Road enquiries get a response?
The WhatsApp welcome goes within minutes and a call within the hour during working hours. Outer-layout buyers compare several options, so speed matters even more there. The first template already carries the document pack, so the buyer can start deciding before the call.
Do you target NRIs for Magadi Road plots?
When the promoter asks for it. Search and Meta campaigns run in the countries you pick, video walk-throughs of the layout replace the first visit, document packs go over WhatsApp, and calls happen in the buyer's evening. Since a relative in Bengaluru usually goes to see the plot in person, we note who that is on the lead.
What should a Magadi Road layout landing page show first?
The K-RERA number, the approvals you hold, a plot map with available sizes, the price band and the route from the ring road, then a short form and a WhatsApp button. For an outer layout, a short drive video near the top answers the distance question honestly.
Should Magadi Road flats near Hosahalli and plots near Thavarekere share one brochure?
No. A Hosahalli flat buyer wants the Purple Line walk, floor plans, possession and loan details; a plot buyer near Thavarekere wants approvals, plot sizes, road widths and the K-RERA number. One brochure for both confuses each reader, so we build two document packs and two WhatsApp templates, and let the enquiry form decide which one is sent.
How do channel partners on Magadi Road share plot leads with a promoter?
Through one shared WhatsApp inbox, with CRM tags noting which partner brought each plot buyer, which settles credit at booking. Brokers should remember section 9 of the RERA Act: anyone facilitating sales in a registered project must hold K-RERA registration, and partner campaigns show that number.
Which festivals matter for a Magadi Road launch?
Families on this corridor often settle on a plot or flat around Ugadi, Akshaya Tritiya, and the Navaratri-to-Deepavali stretch. We ready reels and approved templates a month early, run a concentrated push around each date, and keep a thin layer of search spend going in the gaps so the Sunday visit list never empties.
Which civic corporation covers the city end of Magadi Road now?
The BBMP gave way to the Greater Bengaluru Authority in May 2025, which sits over five city corporations; the Bengaluru West City Corporation takes in the Vijayanagar and Govindarajanagar constituencies. Boundaries were still being drawn, so a property landing page should not quote a ward or zone for a Magadi Road home unless you have checked it.
Who do I talk to at KaamGPT about a layout on Magadi Road?
The property desk, on +91 79767 82366 by call or WhatsApp. Send a location pin, what the project sells and where its K-RERA registration stands. We look over anything already running, set up a video meeting, and return a keyword sheet for your stretch plus a written quote; neither side has to travel.
Does a Maps listing help a layout office on SH-85?
Yes. Plot buyers driving out along the highway follow Maps, and turnings come up fast. A verified profile, pinned exactly at the gate, with entrance photos and true opening hours, gets them to the right layout and gathers reviews other buyers can read. Our Local SEO package is priced from ₹4,999 a month.
Can past enquirers from an earlier Magadi Road layout be reused?
Yes, provided each person agreed to WhatsApp messages from you. The list is imported and tagged by plot size and budget, then a Meta-approved template announces the new layout. Contacts without that consent are approached through ads inviting them to subscribe, which protects the promoter's business number.
Do you create SEO content about Magadi Road?
Where it helps buyers decide: honest pages on the Grey Line's status, the Purple Line stops at the inner end, the stretches of SH-85 and comparisons with Vijayanagar or Nagarbhavi. Our SEO service is ₹14,999 a month; these pages bring researchers who often enquire later.
How do landlords near Hosahalli metro find tenants?
With Meta instant forms and search ads naming Hosahalli and the Purple Line, run on weekday evenings, and WhatsApp replies carrying photos, rent, deposit and a viewing slot. Tenants who passed on one flat stay tagged, with consent, for the next vacancy.
What weekly report does a Magadi Road promoter get?
Enquiries by stretch and source, calls connected, visits booked and attended, and the reasons buyers gave for dropping out. Monthly, a short note on what changes next in keywords, creative or follow-up. The shared inbox stays open to your team throughout.
Is Managed Digital Marketing better than lead generation for Magadi Road?
For one layout or building, lead generation alone is usually enough. Managed Digital Marketing at ₹19,999 a month suits a promoter with layouts at several points along SH-85, or a builder with projects across the western suburbs, who wants one team on all channels from one budget.
How do you keep Magadi Road ads away from Mysuru Road and Tumakuru Road searches?
Negative keywords for the parallel corridors and their localities, tight location settings for rental campaigns, and daily review of search terms for the first two weeks. Meta audiences are drawn around the western suburbs rather than the whole city.
Can commercial or warehouse space on Magadi Road be marketed the same way?
The tools are the same but the message changes. Business tenants want floor area, frontage, loading access, power and permitted use. Grey Line planners describe the road as serving industrial and manufacturing areas, so search terms for sheds and godowns along the corridor are worth a small, tightly negated test.
Will you shoot drone video of a large Magadi Road layout?
We can arrange it where permitted, or your team can shoot gimbal footage using our shot list: the approach from SH-85, the entrance, internal roads, sample plots and amenities. Short vertical cuts become reels, ad variants and WhatsApp previews.
What makes Magadi Road different from other western corridors?
It is the city end of SH-85 to Magadi, it has a running Purple Line station at its inner end, and it is the route of the approved Grey Line to Kadabagere. Those checkable facts give a campaign specific, honest hooks that a generic west Bengaluru ad lacks.
How do you price a Magadi Road property campaign for two stretches at once?
Each stretch gets its own campaign, page and document pack, so effort roughly doubles, but the retainer does not simply multiply. We quote the second stretch as an add-on to the first, show the media split between them as an example figure, and let you drop either stretch after the first month if its visits disappoint.
